What do the LEDs on the ADC-V622 Wellness camera mean?

Solid green

Connected to internet Local network and internet connection with Alarm.com IP. 

Blinking green

LED blinking green.svg

Local network connection

Local network connection with local IP address, no internet. 

Note: If the LED does not go to a solid green after a few minutes, see Camera LED is blinking green

Solid red

LED solid red.svg

No network connection

No local or Internet connection.

Blinking red

LED blinking red.svg

System bootingCamera is booting. This typically takes 60-90 seconds. 

Blinking blue

LED blinking blue.svg

WPS mode

WPS mode is active. To enter WPS mode, press the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to WPS Mode. 

Blinking white

AP mode

Wi-Fi access point (AP) mode is active. To enter AP mode, press the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to Access Point Mode.

Blinking amber

Bluetooth pairing

Bluetooth pairing mode is active. To pair with Bluetooth, press the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to Bluetooth mode.

Factory reset

The camera is restoring to factory default settings. 

Caution: If the camera is already installed, it may need to be removed from the Alarm.com account and re-added after a factory reset. 

To perform a factory reset, press the Menu button and use the Volume buttons to scroll to the Factory Reset option. Follow the audio prompts to initiate a factory reset.
